Diet and nutrition play a large part in maintaining and increasing our health. This is especially the case for people with chronic diseases like scleroderma, where some of the symptoms may affect the steps taken towards a healthy and nutritious diet.
The Scleroderma Foundation has published a series of guidelines to assist people in choosing their diets and designing them with individual needs in mind, below you'll find a link to these guidelines as well as other resources that may assist you in designing a diet for your needs.
